Premier Family Health Care

Today was my first time at this clinic site. The office was able to get my daughter seen the same day. The receptionist was kind and prompt. The MA that came in treated us well and took good care of my daughter. We were seen by Tammy NP. Some of the issues my daughter was going though were personal so she had me sit in for some of the appt and I then my daughter alone (she’s 20) I loved how she didn’t rush and just prescribe my daughter medication or try and get a room cleared for the next pt. I knew something was seriously affecting my daughter and the amount of care, compassion and empathy she showed my daughter was appreciated. My daughter felt comfortable and had a sense of ease when we left. The MA that drew labs was great too. She was kind and considerate. The receptionist that gave us our next appt made closing out our session smooth. This entire experience for my daughter as well as myself was genuinely one of the most caring visits to a health care facility we’ve ever experienced.

Love the nurse practitioners. More thorough than most doctors. I have alot going on medically speaking and they always make sure everything works together. I would highly recommend.

I think Rocky Chavez is a great doctor but since May or June, he's been missing in action. Not sure what's with that. Only NPs available.

I love the staff and the doctors. I just moved here not long ago and I come from medical background. I’ve always had just a mediocre experience with other doctors until I came here. I had a hurt back one day and I had such caring and attentive staff to help me out. The doctor was thorough with the exam and was able to help me get through the pain. I had a follow up the next week and felt like a whole new person. Everyone was so empathetic and kind. I went back two weeks later for a physical exam and I still felt just as cared for. In fact the doctor really made me feel like they truly do care about you and like you have been a patient there for a long time already. I loved the feel and the care I received. This has been the best medical experience I have ever received in my 31 years of life. I’m so grateful.
