Family Eye Care Associates Thurman Edward Wood, OD

Dr. Wood and staff are always helpful and courteous. My wait time was minimal and I was encouraged to try on frames while I waited. The young lady that helped me pick out glasses gave her honest opinion and didn't try to rush me into selecting a pair of glasses I didn't like. She was very patient. Dr. Wood is thorough and is willing to answer any questions I have. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. The place is clean and has a great flowing process. They get you in and out smoothly and in a timely manner. Dr. Wood himself is thorough and straight forward. I appreciate all the staff there. Very family friendly forsure!

As a patient of Dr. Wood for about 30 years, I have always be happy with the care I have received from Dr. Wood, his receptionists, and personnel in the frames and glasses ordering department. I recently had an issue with my insurance company over their in-house optometry department. I did not wish to change from Dr. Wood and his staff. I prevailed, obviously.
I was their yesterday to be prescribed glasses post cataract surgery. I have ordered new glasses.

Always a good experience at this office! Everyone is pleasant, I was greeted by name as I arrived, all the staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist. Dr Wood is thorough, and careful to fully check the health of my eyes, due to my diabetes. I have been trusting my eyes to Dr Wood for many, many years and will continue.
