By far the best experience i had in any dealer. Really friendly staff. Sean was very helpful and didn't even hesitate to get me a rental at no charge, Kudos to him and the rest of the team!! This place is a good example of great customer service!
Great customer service.
Customer service is outstanding, always keeping the customer updated, always easy to get a hold of. 5 star is strictly on the staff over at 3 way. Only reason i would not recommend Three Way Cadillac is due to the product. My SRX has been in the service department too many times.Within the first year of buying it we were taking it back for recalls. Then transmission issues, then touch screen issues, last one, 1 week ago was valve issues. 40k miles and had to replace a cylinder head. Great looking vehicles very high tech and luxuries but had too many issues to recommend to anyone.
