(June 15, 2021, 11:24 am)I didn't rent from the Bakersfield Airport Hertz location, but I needed to swap a vehicle here because our original rental got a cracked windshield. The lady (Amanda) who assisted with the exchange process was extremely helpful. Everything was explained very clearly, there was no hassle, and in just a few minutes we were on our way again. Thankfully, there was a new SUV available to match our original rental. Excellent service provided at this Hertz location!
