So I went back in and I got the correct chord 6ft for only $5.95 and got home and everything is good. Unfortunately they said tomorrow they are going to require face masks in the store. “The guys at Ideal RV's had a camper listed for sale and I took a leap of faith driving 4 hours to see it. They ensured me they would hold and and prep the camper for my viewing. This was not a high dollar purchase and they met me at 5pm. I took about an hour to look it over and we agreed on a sale. By this time my wife and 1yr old were exhausted. They treated us like family and amusingly entertained our child while completing the paperwork and preparing the camper to travel. These guys stayed extremely busy handling all aspects of the process as a small family business so I can see some of the perspective of the negative reviews, but I would work with these guys again and just cut them some slack.”
