All ages are welcomed and there is a variety of fitness levels present. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any issues or questions. “Trainers are good to help me with my Physical on my own. They fix my left shoulder up. I already am healed. However, they said that I have little torn in my core of left shoulder. I was like oh well I still think positive and I am fine. Still, they do well and give me instructions to do exercise at home. They do good job completing on time and having fun time at same time.
