“Dr. Casteen seems to be an excellent doctor. She is a little quirky but she takes time and is very thorough with her patients. She actually brought medicine to our house at night once because we couldn't get it at the pharmacy and she felt a sense of urgency about it. That's amazing! I'd love to give her five stars but so far every visit has required at least an hour wait in the waiting room and the administrative and billing part of her business is... disappointing.”

Maria, Ana, Daisy, are all exceptional! 95% of the time i can get an appointment the same day. If not, they give me next available, unless my need is urgent, then they do their best to get me in asap. Dr Zen and Dr Lee know just what treatment to do for my needs. “I arrived in California for a summer long visit one year ago. Having MS and requiring treatment my home state neurologist could not get me the treatments I needed. Therefore I had to find a neurologist in Bakersfield that would take me on part-time and only for a short time. I called the office and they gladly accepted me as a patient. Dr. Alexan explained to me parts of my MS scans that I had not known of from my home state neurologist. Dr. Alexan was very kind and thorough and patient with me. Fast forward a year later I am still in California and he has willingly continued my MS care. I have learned more from Dr. Alexan in the one year of being his patient than the 7 years I had with my home state neurologist.
