I wasn't to hip on it but I did it anyway just to quiet my wife down .The next morning to my surprise, I was not interested in my morning ritual which was to smoke, the first thing every morning was to smoke For over 30 years I smoked, I smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipe Tobacco's, Kentucky cheroots, Turkish Tobacco's were real good but my desire for smoking was gone. This was in 2008 and never had any desire to smoke, I can tolerate smokers as I was one but thanks to my wife for hounding me to try acupuncture and so thankful for Dr Zen and staff for being so professional and knowledgeable of our needs. Can go wrong here.”

“For the most part, coming to this gym is awesome. They have a ton of equipment, there's a lot of room, staff is always friends, bathrooms are clean and available. The only reason I don't give a full 5 stars is that it often gets very packed. They don't seem to regulate the capacity most of the time, and there are even times when you question if it's even violating fire code. You can't move, equipment is all taken, there are hardly any dumbells available, people just talking and standing around. It could get bad. This is usually during the later part of the day into the evening, so getting there anytime between 9 and 4, it's pretty much a private club.”
