Tacos Jimenez

It was really delicious! I loved the options for the different toppings for the tacos (avocado, lettuce, cheese, etc.). I’m a picky eater so I appreciate being able to personalize. The asada was better than I’ve had in some sit down restaurants where I paid 4x the price. The beans were also yummy. If you’re craving Mexican, don’t hesitate and go here!

Excellent food, generous portions, and with fast service!

Even included the garnish of lime and radishes for my Carne Asada Burrito.

Can't help the atmosphere, as iat kind of them to provide covered seating at all.

We ordered here in June 2022. It was excellent! Tacos and burritos were so very good.
It would have been difficult to eat outside because of the dirt lot and the wind, but we were staying in a local hotel and we ate inside the room

Authentic Street Tacos Served Here

This was our first stop after a 50 mile hike in the nearby Sespe Wilderness and the two guys at this particular location were concocting heaven on earth.
At first, I was thinking $2/taco was a bit steep compared to what you can find in the LA basin but when ai was graced with the bean tostada and grilled chili’s and extra spicy salsa I knew I found a bargain.
Meat is good. Service is good. You can’t go wrong here.

Any chance we get!! Street tacos are delish. Love the Carnitas. We have been eating at Tacos Jimenez in Castaic since 2002.
We affectionately call them the Brothers because back then the sons of the Owner were running the food trucks.
We actually would run into our Frazier Park/Lebec friends in Castaic at Tacos Jimenez. How amazing to have our own truck on the Mountain!!!
