Amazing and totally honest! Not trying to get you to buy anything you don’t need or service you don’t want. My car died over the pass late on a Sunday. They took it in and looked at it with estimate for free. They also loaded my bags and gave me a ride to nearest hotel. Sam and his wife are great people!
Our family had car trouble and had to stop here while on our way to visit family in San Diego from the Sacramento area. They were very friendly and reasonably priced...but I cannot say enough about what amazing customer service they have! Not only did they find the part we needed and get it delivered the next morning, when the wrong part was delivered they drove to the next town to get the part from Auto Zone themselves so we wouldn't have to wait another day! So thanks to them we could still go to Disneyland like we had planned on our way to see Grandma! Wait, there's more! After all of that, once we returned home we had to bring our car back into the shop and was told the part we had got from Auto Zone was bad. Luckily it was covered under a warranty policy. Sadly, Auto Zone failed to stand behind their warranty! However, Magz Auto did, and refunded us for the part out of their own pocket! So needless to say we will never shop at Auto Zone again, but we will never forget Magz Auto for going above and beyond in their customer service and saving our family vacation! Thank you!!!
Honest mechanic and service technician, car broke down on the grapevine, stayed open late after hours to get us back on the road, these heroes saved our vacation. Very thankful for the honest men and women who work here. Would recommend to a friend.
Had to write this review after my perfect auto mechanic experience with Magz. Sam was a true professional. These people are HONEST, which is the most important thing. Told me what was wrong with car. Said it was a simple issue, didn't even charge me for it (not even a diagnostic fee). Magz you were a lifesaver when I need a good mechanic the most. Thank you a million times.
