  So far,Easy check in,brand new washers and dryers,only ones in Town.... Stores close as well....Folks have made my wife and 18 mo old feel home and Welcome...Family Is Thankful for such a place....thank you guy's! Huge kitchen as well to cook full meals ..Rock On! And it's Always clean..Love it!

  Other than the fact that the TV only gets 1 channel it is very quiet. Management is nice

  This is most economical motel in Mojave a small business town hence named economy motel. Its equipped with everything for a comfortable within budget stay. Its the only motel in town where long term stay is welcome or to be exact allowed other motels tenants have to leave after staying 28 days or so find another place hence they can't establish residency like mailing address as they keep moving around. Unlike other motels the tenants can stay as long as they wish by complying to policies and paying rent ofcourse. There is at moment no commercial Laundromat in Mojave thus motel laundry facility for tenants is a big plus. Kitchen is community kitchen clean with new appliances like stove with multiple burners with oven. Two microwaves etc. Management takes great care of tenants at personal sensitive to their needs level. I have seen so many families reunited with their kids while they r struggling with family reuinon staying at this motel. Owner is a sweat heart lady kind caring to surprisingly unheard of level makes u feel like u r their family. Catering to each individual tenant at personal independent level is outstanding. Has central air and additionally swamp cooler aswell to keep u cool plus fans and winter comes its nice warm cozy place to be living and enjoying life. A biggest charm is three sides r surrounded by convenient stores and fast food places. Next to Mac Donald family dollar Mojave liquor and 777 liquor store and Fastrip gas station Karl's hardware store. Dphs building and career resource center at three minute walk from motel. Friendly management and onsite manager and maintenance staff lives onsite too. So give it a try and experience for yourself its worthwhile.

  This is a working class hotel. Its friendly. Has clean rooms .It has a community kitchen for cooking in to save money. It has laundry facility on site. Walking distance to stores and fast food. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The owner is a very nice lady. If on a tight budget but still want a decent place this is it.

  This hotel is nice if you are on a tight budget. The owner is a very very nice person. She tries to keep the place nice. It does have a community kitchen so that you can buy food and cook in to save money. also have laundry facilities. It is an older building. But as i said if you are on a tight budget. This is the best place in the area.To this Steve person. You must be one that had to be asked to leave. We all know the one s. They are the ones doing all of the things that they said,and we're asked to stay away. From what I have seen on the few times I have stayed there it is just people that are not rich. Working class people that want a decent place to stay. The owners seem to really try to keep that atmosphere.A place where you don't have to spend a fortune to get s clean bed a hot shower a meal and clean clothes and maybe meet some decent people.
