Love them they have some good staff that make sure that all my needs are taken care of

I had a telehealth telehealth appointment with Dr. Cynthia. Everyone I spoke to from making the appointment all the way to the Doctor were very nice and helpful. The guy who booked my appointment went above and beyond. Very happy with my doctor and OMNI staff. Thank you.

Very nice staff! The dentist was so nice to my daughter and was patient even though my daughter was being a little difficult. He was very understanding and very professional. Also the pediatricians here are very nice. Ive been going to this location since I was a child and now I'm bringing my own child here. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I highly recommend this place whether you come here to get your blood taken, to see a doctor for yourself or your child, or to the see the dentist

I am genuinely appreciative and grateful with my experience at this Omni Family Health office. The staff were kind and attentive to its patients. The doctor we had, was knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to my son as well as myself. In the past, the staff and doctors in Bakersfield would take lightly my concerns and treated us like an average patient. For instance, addressing the evaluation for a physical and then to the next patient and so forth. Rather, this visit, the doctor took what I said seriously and acknowledged the needs of my son’s overall well-being. I truly feel the health needs of my son were taken care of as opposed to feeling that the doctor was ready get over his day and move on to the next patient. The doctor seemed a bit in a hurry and I wasn’t always able to finish what I was saying and a bit impatient with allowing me to notate my son’s referrals to assure that I’m on top of what needs to be accomplished prior to follow up appointments and taking care of ALL the medical needs in a timely manner. Especially, that he is struggling in school. I thought it was going to be like most appointments in the past, where there was carelessness that resulted in a quick visit. However, overall I was pleased because I very much care about my son’s health and well-being. I look forward towards making this doctor his primary along with this office whom show genuine and keen interest in providing health care for my child.
