  Visitation date: mid August. Great customer service, they were able to help diagnose and give my husband and I proper information regarding the status of our car trouble. Thank you Roy who helped us check in with our 8am appointment and kept in contact with us throughout the day of the on goings with our car. Roy was severely understaffed that morning as 4-5 more customers poured in right when we showed up, but he handled everyone with great customer service in a timely manner and acknowledged as they came in and waited. When it came time to picking up our car, the owner Don himself took wonderful care of us in explaining the car situation with tact and expertise. These folks are trained professionals and did not try to upsell or misinform us. I really appreciated that as I'm very weary of those situations when mechanics just want to add more services to your bill when it wasn't the initial idea. I highly recommend if you're from out of town and aren't sure where to look in Tehachapi. Also don't forget to call ahead and make the appointment. Luckily we called on a Thurs mid afternoon and were able to schedule it the very next day Fri at 8am. Hands down, 5 star service.

  Amazing service, excellent staff. Came in for AC repair and they were able to assess and inform us of what exactly was going on. True professional mechanics.

  My friend was traveling thru and broke down outside of Tehapachi and had her car towed to their shop. They made a terrible situation great, she was stranded and supposed to be at her sisters graduation. Jenna and the rest of the staff took great care of her and had her back on the road the next day. Didn't take advantage of a female traveler or sell her anything she didn't need. They went above and beyond the ordinary to accomodate her. I would recommend everyone to use this shop and wish they're were more people like them in this industry.

  Everyone dreads the inevitable with one's vehicle... that is, a strange noise from beneath the hood, or a never-before-seen light appear in the dash board. In my case, the vehicle didn't start. Dead as a 10-year-old corpse! A cornucopia of free advice came from all directions: "It's the Alternator!" "It's the switch to the Alternator!" All this was dreaded, of course, because of the costs involved.
  When I had my Silverado towed to Don's, he said it may only be the battery and, sure enough!, it turned out to simply be the battery in the face of all the bad advice I got.
  Honesty is what we dream of when we take our vehicles in for service. And honesty is what we pay for, as well.
