Doctors, Nurses and Staff are always kind. The doctors are VERY informative, and never brush anything off. They are not quick to prescribe medications, but to find the underlying cause first. Very fast, not a long wait time, and get you in as soon as they can if its an emergency. They are knowledgeable in pediatrics, and allow you to have the vaccines schedule you are comfortable with. I highly suggest you give them a try.
I never ever write reviews, but after today. I just want them to hear me out.
I have been going to this place for 14 years, and I love this place. But today was the first time I felt mistreated.
I went in for chest pain and numbness in my left arm. (Which I never want to go into the doctors, unless I really have to). But I just felt something was wrong.
So, they check my heart rate, and everything was fine. And I want to say thank you for taking care of me for that. The nurses were amazing.
Well, they did a drug testing. I guess just to make sure. Which I was ok with. No harm done. But as soon as my doctor comes in. She was just very rude from the second she walked in. (I usually don't have a problem with her).
Anyway, yes my results came in and everything came back negative except for marijuana. Granted, yes I smoke a little bit of weed. But it's like after that she was just talking to me like I was crazy. Pretty much talking down to me. I understand the side effects, but I knew that wasn't it. It was unbelievable how this doctor made me feel after my appointment.
Then, on top of all that..... my son also goes to her. My son is two and he was tired of sitting, waiting for the doctor. So he was fussing when she came in. Treated him like he was a misbehaved child all the time. That really pissed me off. Well, back to waiting for her today, she comes out of another room and I over heard her say about another patients child something like "I like it when kids are like that, I give the good ones a sticker" I mean as a doctor, you never single out children like that. If you don't have patience for a child. Get a new profession.
Again, I never had problems with this place. I love the staff, but the last two times was a very horrible experience.
No matter what, you always have to treat people with respect. You never know what they are going through.
I have gone to Dr.Cribbs for years! She is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever seen! If she were to leave I would be so sad! She is an amazing person! I love Dr. Cribbs and her staff as well! When you leave this office you will feel cared for!
