  My mother, Panny Benavidez recently passed. I took her to Village Square Dental for her partial and cleanings and other dental work the last few years of her life. I found this notation in her desk drawer in her scraggly Stage 4 Parkinson’s handwriting:
  
  “I AM VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH DR. WALSH’S PROFESSIONAL CARE. SHE’S GREAT! HER EXCELLENT, COURTEOUS STAFF MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. ALWAYS ATTENTIVE & POLITE.”
  
  My Mom had a LOT of doctors. She was only really impressed by Dr. Walsh and her staff and I want to honor the one and only review she gave in her life by posting it for her vicariously.

  This is the best dentist I've ever had by far. The dental hygienist does an excellent job. The dentist is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone is very polite and personable. Highly recommended!

  IN RESPONSE TO MR. PERLES:
  MY NAME IS JENEE DUGAN, A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST. I HAVE WORKED FOR DR WALSH FOR 5 YEARS AND BEEN AN RDH FOR 12 YEARS. DR WALSH IS REPECTABLE DENTIST AND WILL NOT LEAVE HER UNDEFENDED.
  
  IN NO SITUATION DO YOU TREAT A TOOTH FOR RCT, UNLESS THE PATIENT IS AT A PAIN LEVEL OF A 10 AND IS SENSTIVE TO BOTH HOT AND COLD. RCT IS KILLING A TOOTH, AND NO DENTIST TAKES THIS LIGHTLY AS IT IS ALSO THE MOST EXPENSIVE MOST COMPLICATED TREATMENT.
  THE LEAST INVASIVE TREATMENT IS WHERE A RESPECTABLE DENTIST BEGINS.
  IN ADDITION, A GENERAL DENTIST DOES NOT PERFORM RCT ON MOLAR TEETH. THIS IS A COMPLICATED PROCEDURE AND WHEN I HAVE SEEN IT DONE BY A GENERAL DENTIST, IT IS DONE HORRIBLY WRONG AND ALWAYS NEEDS A RETREAT, AT THE PATIENTS PAIN AND EXPENSE., AND USUALLY TOOTH LOSS IS THE OUTCOME.
  DR WALSH TREATED THIS CASE WITH THE UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM AND CARE FOR HER PATIENT AS ALWAYS.
