I've enjoyed what I've bought here without complaints. I even had an occasion where they forgot to bag one item and I went back and told them the next day so they let me have it because I already paid for it the day before. “One thing thats super about Loves is their gas prices! I literally drive 30mins out of my way just to full up my vehicles here. Not to mention all their awesome novelties and stuff. It's just an all around super awesome place where one could just walk around and find good deals on trucker supplies, souvenirs or just snacks and stuff.
