(May 27, 2020, 10:48 am)We purchased a mini rose bush from Home Depot and we received two packages from this store, instead of one. Weeks Roses had accidentally sent a different plant instead, but instead of reaching out, they kindly sent a note with their apologies in the correct order and said that I can go ahead a keep the plant. I'm unsure as to what it'll turn out to be (although I assume it's a rose!), but that is still a kind gesture on their part, which also tells you that they are a customer-focused company. Very happy with my purchase and hope to buy from again. Thank you!
