“I expected an unprofessional, small operation as this place is state/county run and they're in the middle of nowhere. I was amazed to find that the staff were super friendly, the therapists were very experienced and professional. There was a play area for kids, and the facility is actually quite large. I would give five stars, except my complaint is that I was supposed to receive a call back for a follow-up visit within one week of the initial visit, and I never did get a call. Also while I was in the waiting room, someone else showed up very upset that she had been trying to contact someone in the office for months, was told 4 times she would get a call back, but never got a call back. So this seems to be an issue for the office. Otherwise I was very pleased.”
