John took care of the problems in about 15 minutes and did the work for free because one of the issues persisted past the first time coming. I thought it'd be fair to charge me at least some, like half off or something, but him doing it for free shows he's not in it just for the money. Hats off to him not only for good service, but good character. I will definitely refer the new owners to John.”
