The manager, Lissette, is really nice, super helpful and knowledgeable of the services, and products. She greeted me right away as walked in, I didn't have make my presence known like other places that seem too busy to help. Even though I didn't rent there at the facility due to unavailability of the unit size I was looking for, she did refer me to the other stores in Palmdale that did have the unit size I was looking for. She was able to provide me with phone numbers and websites for those stores as well.”
