“We asked to be seated in quiet area because MIL is hard of hearing. It wasn't busy on Monday 1245pm. We were seated in new addition, and it was quiet. The Reuben and pastrami sandwiches were outstanding. My potato salad was underwhelming. Side salad generous and fresh. Onion rings were good. Tab for 3 sandwiches with a side, and one ice tea was $45. Admittedly, the sandwiches were outstanding, but I don't know if I would return. Pricey. No one wore masks for inside seating...not even the staff. That surprised me, as Kern is in the red tier. Because 93 year old MIL loves the place, and less than 3 miles from her home, we will occasionally treat her here for breakfast or lunch. Decor is clean, cozy knotty pine.”

“This is a good school. My kids have gone there since kindergarten. The security level of the school is good. There is only one way in and out of the school and you must be checked in at the office. The teachers are great. My son just left there in May of 2014 to head to Junior Hi and my daughter is still there.”
