My flight instructor, Bill, was very knowledgable, and made the entire flying process easy to understand and duplicate. The plane was well kept, and easy to fly, so when it came time for the two "nervous" parts of this process (first the solo, second the checkride), I was confident I could accomplish these tasks, and I did. I now have my license, and I would highly recommend Excell Aviation for anyone interested in getting their private pilots license. “I rented a property with Reality Dimensions under a 1 year lease. I must say they have been one of the best Reality companies I have been with. They are pretty good with communicating with you. Whenever I had minor issues with the property, they were resolved in a timely manner. The only concern I had was with the 3rd party company they use to collect online payments. They had a error in the system and I was charged with a late payment fee even though my rent was not late. After going back and forth with the issue I just gave up and paid the late fee. The ladies in the office were very patient with me and very helpful. But unfortunately there wasn't much they could do about it. I was able to receive a large amount of my deposit back after leaving the property in good condition. I am overall very happy with the company and the services they provided. I would rent with them again.”
