“We had a gas leak that the gas company narrowed down to the garage that had been converted into a bedroom. They shut off the gas & we were without heat or hot water. We needed to have repairs made quickly as my mother who is 85 yrs old lives with us. Advanced Plumbing was the only company that responded quickly and on time, they came out that day and the technician Daniel Brennan was able to locate where he thought the leak was coming from. I unfortunately at the time wanted to get a second opinion & had another company come out, which was a waste of time. I called Advanced back & Tina was able to get Daniel out that next day to repair the leak. We called the gas company to come out and they found no traces of the leak, however they found problems not having to do with the leak in the water heater. Daniel was able to replace it same day. He was professional and very clean in the way he worked. I've had other contractors come out & they always leave a mess I have to clean up, Daniel left it spotless. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do they will definitely be the first ones I call. Thank you Daniel and Tina for your professionalism and courtesy.”
