“The electricity was out when I arrived here due to California's mismanagement of the power grid. But the concierge did everything to accommodate Me by even giving me some candles to help keep my room lit. He was very nice and actually sounded like he was expecting my arrival as well as my co-workers arrival. The power came on just a mere 45 minutes after I checked in and was able to cool the room down and sleep well. The next morning the concierge was also a very gracious person and was able to answer any of my questions. This is also a place where you would see people traveling from point A to point B or working in the area. Many people were using the pool which is also a nice feature. I really like the Best Western franchise because it is an in-between the luxury and budget hotel.”

“The only 2 flaws with this is that they do not check large bills on the spot if they real or not, and when they are trying to explain something to me more than half of the conversation they are speaking Arabic. I get it they do not speak good English but still. Other than that they are real friendly and a nice market”
