  One of the best Pilates studios I’ve been to. Gerald is amazing I’ve had shoulder pain for almost a year now so I decided to try the neuromuscular therapy with him and I am pain-free. He’s awesome, Highly recommend for anybody in pain and anyone that wants to avoid unnecessary surgeries.

  This place has changed my life. I no longer see a chiropractor for my neck and back. Great staff. Love this place.

  I've been going to Teague Pilates for about 7 months, and I can say unequivocally that it is the best workout I've ever had. I started at Level 1 and am now at Level 2. The classes are held at convenient times, ALL of the instructors are top notch, and the studio is beautifully decorated and peaceful. The reception staff are welcoming, helpful and very gracious. The classes are always a little different which gives you variety in your workout even though the basic exercises are covered. I feel stronger in my core and more confident from taking these classes, and I like Pilates so much that I've almost completely stopped going to the gym to do weight lifting and aerobics. The Pilates workout is just a better, full body workout that I was getting at the gym.

  Great Studio, The Best Instructors: The redesign of the studio is fantastic and the location is very accessible from the 101 freeway, but what makes this particular studio so special are the instructors. They are always there motivating you to help you get the best results possible out of your workouts. Because the class sizes are small (3-9 people) you get your money's worth out of each class!! The instructors gently push you to not only work hard, but to perform each move correctly to ensure that you get the most benefit possible out of each move. I would recommend Teague Pilates to anyone that is looking to try Pilates or to anyone who has been doing Pilates in a non studio environment. When I started 2 years ago I had never done this type of work out routine before, but now I am addicted to Pilates. I am in my mid-50’s and I am much more fit than ever before, my muscles are longer, leaner and more defined. I always feel great after every class. Even when I take classes back to back, I feel refreshed and energized.
