Called thurs. afternoon. Got appointment for next day at 11 am tec. Called at 10:30 and arrived at 11. Dressed very neat and very polite. Art checked out my daughters dryer, give me a price. He went right to work explaining everything as he replaced each part. Cleaned inside of dryer like new.
