Jennica, THE leasing agent at Monterra at Mill Creek, is awesome! I thought she was the manager when I moved in, because she knows her job inside and out, bends over backwards to make sure her tenants are happy and we'll taken care of, is very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things to people, and she's very gregarious and outgoing. The apartments are very nice, too - they've all been remodeled - and the grounds are kept nice as well.

We have been residents at Monterra for a couple weeks now. This has been the most refreshing leasing experience I have ever had. Management is professional and kind, the property is well kept, dog friendly, & there is a nice little trail that runs through the facility. The units are modern and look great. There is a nice gym for residents as well. Location is perfect - all major grocery stores and outlets are nearby, & if you do a lot of commuting for work like myself then you will be pleased with the short commute to I5. I cannot say enough good things about Monterra. If you are looking for an apartment with nice amenities and an excellent location, look no further. & you can expect all of your questions to be answered by the two 2 gals in the office. They have been great to deal with an know what they are doing 😀 UPDATE: I ended up moving due to work circumstances but I still would not hesitate to tell you go ahead and move here! These apartments are excellent and the management team is outstanding!

I absolutely LOVE my new apartment. It is big, clean, and crisp with the new renovations. The community is lovely with lots of trees and beautiful places to walk. I also wanted to thank the team, especially Mahdi. He was extremely kind and made me feel right at home. He made me feel like we’ve known each other for a long time all ready! I really love this place and the people, so much that I’m writing a review, which I never do. Thank you Monterra for a great living experience where I plan to stay for a while =]
