  These guys are the best auto shop around. They have consistently done right by me, very fair and honest pricing, and accommodating. When a problem I spent 500 dollars to fix came back only a few months after it was "fixed" from a place down the street, they explained to me exactly what was really wrong, worked with my tight work schedule, and showed me exactly what they fixed and gave me the broken parts if I wanted. Will always come back here! Thank you!

  Went in for an oil change and Dennis took care of me quicker than I had anticipated. He also brought an issue to my attention that I had been putting off and gave me an estimate right then and there. Reasonable prices and great service. I highly recommend this place!

  I've been working with Al and Dennis for the past three months on reviving a '96 Lexus ES300 that has been sitting for the past three years and with 306k on the odometer and I have to say that this team really knows their trade. I must have spent more than 4k with them but let me tell you, I would spend another 4k with them again for other vehicles. A few characteristics I look for and value highly when it comes to automotive repairs are transparency, honesty and hospitality and since I've championed a good 17 years in customer service facing roles, I know exactly what to look for.
  
  Starting with the initial phone call of fielding out prices of services I knew this business was going to match my energy and vibe. Most auto places won't go the extra mile in explaining why you need specific parts and how they work and why they go back based on x, y and z, as those places are usually looking for a high priced work order to better their business but Dennis breaks it down for you and reassures you why you need x, y and z for the longevity and safety of your vehicle. In the beginning I didn't know I would be dishing out as much as I did but it's inevitable with an older car and given the type of history it has. I am truly thankful and appreciative for all the help, advice and service I've been receiving from Dennis. He really knows his stuff and knows how to execute to meet the needs of his clients. I have another vehicle that I've brought to him as well and he's taken care of that very nicely.

  Dennis, the owner and his crew are excellent. I took my 1994 Chevy c2500 to them because I needed my ball joints, oil pan gasket, power steering hose, and gear box worked on. I was also on a very tight schedule and Dennis assured me that my truck will be ready in a timely manner. Not only did he keep his word, my truck drives great again! I was struggling to find a trustworthy mechanic Shop, but I finally found it. If you’re looking for great customer service and honest work, P&W Auto Services is the spot!
