I have never been pushed into any additional services like whitening, invisalign, etc, which makes me feel so confident in the recommendations the office provides.

(September 4, 2021, 3:42 am)I was referred to AltaDental after my dentist that I've been seeing since I was a child retired. Above and beyond expectations would be minimizing it - they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, everyone from Jessica at the desk to Dr. Amy was kind and communicative (direction of procedures was especially clear), quality of care was excellent, they offered me a discount for some work that insurance wouldn't cover and recommended some 3rd party mouth guards to help save me money when they could have easily gotten more work from me making custom fits. They even have a massage pad on the chair and a TV with Netflix mounted on the ceiling....you trying to get me to move in? I couldn't recommend them enough and I feel very lucky to have found a legitimate replacement for my previous dentist that treated me like family.

I was going to another dental office and had a terrible experience, but Altadental changed everything for me. They have a calming aesthetic, massage dental chairs, tvs on the ceiling and lavender essential oils around their office. They were extremely transparent about pricing with insurance and going through work needed. Also super receptive to feedback and seeing what worked and didnt work during my cleaning. Cannot wait to go back.

(June 21, 2019, 5:16 pm)They do a really good job at this dentist. They do ultrasonic cleaning which removes the plaque. I love how they take before and after pics to show much more they’ve cleaned. I also really like the tv on the ceiling—it is great to not have to listen to the cleaning process. Their receptionist is also beyond friendly.
