Every experience I've had with the staff here have been exceptional. If an issue arises, they are more than willing to work out a solution that will satisfy you. The service they are providing to the community is one of the most charitable and selfless things IT professionals can offer, and it's truly great to have people who legitimately care about educating and helping the neighborhood. They aren't trying to rip anyone off, and the profit from their sales clearly get re-invested in their programs.
