Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes it would be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job.

I like subway sometimes cause it's a fairly decent lunch more healthy than fast food the vegetables are better for you and when they have coupons it's a decent deal too

They answered my numerous questions with patience even when I didn't have a booked appointment. I can't even begin to tell how thankful I am to this talented firm. I recommend this firm 100%.
