I have some old injuries and issues (and I'm naturally lazy); she makes adjustments to strengthen without exacerbating the pain or my mental anguish at having to exercise. The benefits of her class sneak up on you. One day, getting up from the sofa is just easier, like you're springing up instead of grunting up. After a couple of months, I picked up a cast iron pan with my left hand, which was always a struggle, and suddenly realized I was lifting it with no problem. One-on-one classes are not cheap, but Sheetal is worth every penny. And she has a great sense of humor.”

“My mother was 97 years old when she first went to this facility. She lived there 1 year and 1 week. I can't say enough good things about the loving and caring staff there! They truly care about the residents and make every effort to make sure that their every need is met. The meals are delicious and homemade. The facility is super clean and there are never foul odors of any kind. While my mother was there my father and I visited her every single day. Not for 20 or 30 minutes but for 3-5 hours at a time. We were always treated as family and made to feel welcome. Frequently we ate supper with mom and the other residents. I know first hand what a wonderful, wonderful establishment this is. I highly recommend it.”
