(October 21, 2022, 8:39 pm)This review is for the surgery unit, where I had an emergency appendectomy. The staff were amazing, and considering how busy the unit was, they were pretty timely. My nurses were amazing, especially Toi, Jennifer, Earle, and so many others that took care of me the nights I was there. Worst time because of my appendix bursting and feeling awful, but great unit.

(August 29, 2021, 1:50 pm)Before my knee surgery, I looked at the reviews for the Hospital and was skeptical about the services since few people had bad experiences and concerns.
Yesterday, finally got my knee surgery and the customer service received in admitting department was exceptional. Once I was in the Pre-Op area the RN was very professional with excellent customer service.
Upon transfer to my room, the nurse in charge of my care Kiva introduce herself and explained to me the process and steps to follow. I strongly recommend the great care from her "KIVA RN”. My opinion is that she is one of "D" Best nurses I ever being with, she was very polite, kind, attentive with her patient's. She was ensuring that my medications were on time every 30 minutes.

Also, to mention in this review, the night shift Nurse Donna and her assistant Anna were very helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, kudos to them.
