(April 8, 2019, 6:01 pm)This is for a 3 year old rental. Things may be different now. Since I found only two reviews, i am compelled to write the review.
For the most part the first time RV Rental experience was good.
the guy taught us the basics. how to handle grey water, fresh water, electricity etc.
one compelling reason we chose this rental company is that they were delivering the RV to our address.
Now the part where they can improve are:
1. back up camera was not working. we were told that they put in a new one and were working to install that which delayed the delivery by 2-3 hours. This new system supposedly have bluetooth but it didnt work.
so my suggestion is dont put in a new system and hope it works. please test it very well.
But I still recommend this RV as those were one of issues and not system ic to the company.
(September 9, 2017, 12:07 am)Rented a class C for a trip to Colorado and back. Price was good, RV was well maintained and the service and support were excellent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
