Uncle Tetsu

Always get a cheesecake here whenever I’m in town. Love the flavor and texture of these cheesecakes—not as dense and sweet as American cheesecakes. I’ve had the original which is a classic and tastes great, and tried the Ube cheesecake last time which was also really delicious! Look forward to trying out their other flavors in the future.

Finally got to taste the famous Uncle Tetsu cheesecake in CA. Loved it. It was fluffy and tasty. I got the original. Quite large. Enough for four people and reasonably priced.

Their cheesecake is the best! We go out of our way to get these amazingly delicious cakes. While I was sad to see that the coffee flavor is gone, I quickly found a new favorite in the new ube flavor. 🤤

If you like soft, light, and completely devourable cheesecake Uncle Tetsu is for you. Their original is always a solid choice but if you're feeling adventurous I also love trying their different seasonal flavors. Plus their cute little mascot baker just makes for the sweetest packaging.
