In that year, I've rehabbed my torn hamstring, gained a lot of strength, especially in the upper body, gained chest to bar pull ups, met some incredibly kind people, and learned what being part of a community is all about. What makes Crossfit Reason most valuable to me, personally, is the owner's tireless effort to cultivate its core values - authenticity, integrity, and excellence. He really tries to embody these qualities in all areas of his life, and it shows in his community.

Update: now I’m still 40+ and being at CrossFit Reason has been one of the greatest blessings! I love the 8 am and 9 am class! They are encouraging and yet push me to do new things! -

So, if you want another family outside of your own family, if you want a group of great coaches, a group of people that cheer you on during the workout because you are last to finish... then this is the place !
