  We got into a car accident and when I started to drive after a couple of blocks I heard a noise coming from under the car and decided to park and it was having issues to accelerate. I did not wanted to keep diving like that so started to look for a towing service online. I was lucky to find towing, they picked up the phone right away even when it was pretty late, after a quick conversation over the phone they dispatched the driver and he showed up in a heartbeat. The guy was really friendly and he even suggested a couple of places to take my car to get fixed. I highly recommend this company.

  I have never had my car towed before and had the dealership get it situated. The company they used was Heavy Duty Towing Arcadia and they were awesome! They let me know when they were near my work and had arrived to tow my vehicle. They called me to let me know my car was in good hands from the office! She's the woman to see! The driver was professional and able to get my car out without difficulty out of my works parking garage. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!!! Quick fast and easy

  Heavy Duty Towing Arcadia did an outstanding job towing my vehicle! They did exactly what they said he would do and charged me the exact amount that they quoted me on the first call. Very thorough and reasonable price too. They are the only place to call to request a tow service in town. Give them a try and you won't regret it.

  I was dropping off my girlfriend to a important event when my car broke down, I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so we decided to call Heavy Duty Towing . They answered the phone right away, I explained the situation and told them we were in a hurry and they said they could make it in 20 minutes but the driver actually got there in 15! I asked him to take the car to the mechanic and we were about to take a taxi to the event when the guy offered us a ride! He was polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. Such a great service!

  I don't usually write reviews but Heavy Duty Towing Arcadia provided a great customer service. I needed to tow a car ASAP and my preferred vendor was not available at the moment. I called Heavy Duty Towing Arcadia and they said they could be there in 35 minutes. They took good care of my vehicle at a reasonable price. They have become my preferred vendor now.
