For example, he has had an exercise and nutritional fair, periodically offers educational sessions on nutrition, and offers opportunities to participate in hikes and other activities. Everyone at the gym ends up getting to know each other and becomes supportive of each other. It is a beautiful, blended family. We motivate, celebrate, and continuously challenge each other!
