“This place is great physical therapy. I recently had my surgery to fix my ACL. I chose this place to try and get back to my workout routine ASAP. The staff and therapists are all amazing in trying to help me get back to 100%. Front desk girls are always nice, cheerful, and will Di their best to help you. Therapists are all great with their elbows. Can’t hide your knots or pain from them! And everyone else also aids in all your exercises and everything else you may need. -Kathy”

“Just did Dara’s Candlelit Yoga class tonight (8:30pm-9:30pm)! It was wonderful! SHE was wonderful! I was afraid it might be a super intense hot yoga in candlelight type class but instead it was EXACTLY what I have been looking for: a relaxing yoga class to consciously unwind and leave behind the day. We did a lot of neck and body stretches. It was gentle and super chill. Slowing us all down. Someone fell asleep. The snoring just added to the atmosphere in a good way. The room was nice. Not too hot. Even the ceiling was made to look like the sparkly night sky. I’m looking forward to deepening this practice. Highly recommend.”
