  The former manager Erica Fiedler was awesome and I was so sorry to see her leave. She ran a tight ship and other employees like Sophia and Katelyn are very caring and patient. A whole new crew has moved in and they are pretty good. I think they need more staff. Always busy, can’t get a pharmacist on the phone and meds take longer to fill.

  This place is GREAT. I highly recommend this place. Francisco the eye Dr. Is wonderful. Jason is very helpful. I finally found a place where they are very honest and can now purchase all my eyeglasses.

  I love this glasses store so much!! I've gotten prescribed glasses from here twice now. Each time has been a great experience so I thought it's time to give my review.
  
  I actually went recently (during the COVID Pandemic) because my glasses broke and I didn't have another pair to wear. I would have waited until the pandemic was over, but it was sort of an emergency for me ^^; I called ahead first to make sure they were open and wanted to know what their precautions were for the virus. He said that only a few customers were allowed inside the shop at a time and he cleans the store thoroughly. Jason was so very helpful and his attention to each customer is superb. His customer service is AMAZING!!! He takes extra care to make sure each customer is getting all the information and help they need. I needed some cute frames + new lenses and he helped me even pick out what was best for my face and my style. I really appreciated his opinion and advice because I was a little indecisive on which frames to go with. He let me choose a bunch of frames to think on, and even gave his thoughts on which ones fit me! (I love the color pink so he also grabbed a bunch of pink ones that he thought would look good on me). I ended up getting both glasses and sunglasses that fit me perfectly. :)
  
  He even helped me figure out the cost of the glasses with my eye insurance and ended up saving quite a bit of money too! All the glasses here are super cute and unique, with high quality frames. I highly recommend to try this place out or to even browse. Thank you so much Eleven Optical and Jason!!

  Great selection of glasses and sunglasses. The staff was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time suggesting and finding frames for me to try. They had a lot of designer good looking glasses. A lot of selection for asian styles too
