USA furniture warehouse was extremely helpful! I had been needing the last 3 pieces of my bedroom set for over 6 months as the original vendor I ordered them from kept saying they were out of stock..i contacted USA furniture warehouse and not only did they have then in stock they made sure to send them out right away! Excellent customer service! i ordered a Michael Amini bedroom set and not only did i get a great price but Tom went above and beyond and personally delivered the piece to me in less than 48 hours! we live 4 hours away from store i would recommend USA furniture to anyone! excellent job
I didn't visit the store personally, but I found their online store. I was shopping around for a dining table that I liked, and USA Furniture Warehouse came up in the search engines. Their prices were great. I was skeptical because I never visited their store, plus they said they had the item in stock. I had visited other stores and they said it would take 3-4 weeks for the set to arrive. I paid online around 4:30 p.m., and the next morning around 9:45 a.m. I had the item in my home. Much thanks to Tam, their manager, for driving over 65 miles to drop off and help assemble the table. I am sure if you live a long way away that it will take some time for your items to get to you, but if you are near the L.A. area, then you might see it much sooner. I expected it to be damaged, or some catch. However, there was none. Hopefully everyone receives the same service as I did.
