“Raul and his team were outstanding. My wall panel got fried and needed elections asap. Called at 7 am and his crew was here by 9:30. Other place told me I needed to upgrade and scared me with an $8,000 price tag. Even worked through slight rain! Raul said he can do a maintenance and said upgrade is not needed. Rewired as I had 20 (something, amps I think) where it should have been 15. His guys were professional, very courteous, reminded me at the end they are family owned. Very good price and left it looking new. I wish these guys good luck as they were very professional, well dressed (appearance is essential), fast, and well priced.”

“I used to go to Crest Office Furniture when Taylor Hurst with Taylor Hurst as my salesperson - and he was great at helping me set up my office furniture. He left late this summer, so another salesman stepped in for my next project. Talk about a disaster: no follow-through, inaccurate information, upping an existing quote when none of the specs changed, long delays not only in performing but just in getting information and returning calls; reliance on email and never getting it "right" withoutt even thinking to call; and to top it all off, an owner who upon hearing what was going wrong just blew off the feedback entirely. But all is not lost: Taylor Hurst moved to MIchael E. Powers and Associates - which carries virtually all the same lines of office furniture AND as Taylor is showing me, can customize furniture and orders in ways that Crest either never could or never would bother to try. Powers now has my business - and I would recommend to Crest customers and to those looking for a great office furniture resource that you look to MIchael E. Easy access in and out you don't even have to turn into the parking lot if there is parking along side the street. But if you need disabled parking it is available right at the main entrance!”
