The staff was very thorough, kind, and professional. It's too bad I had to stand outside in the cold while they handled things inside the office due to COVID. If you truly care about your customers, then it's time to come up with a better solution for customers who are required to wait outside.

I rented a Large SUV for a quick trip that turned out longer it was so enjoyable that I had to keep this 2020 Ford Expedition Limited longer than scheduled. I’m against Ford vehicles because I think they’re America’s worst American cars made however I was very impressed with this Expedition as I asked prior to coming for pick up as well a pick up if they had a Chevy Tahoe or Yukon. I’m glad they gave me this loaded large SUV and the customer service was superb. The representatives I dealt with were all very nice and time efficient. I recommend them for sure and will continue to rent from this location. Thank you Enterprise!!

I really enjoyed my experience with them. They are practicing their current protocol and gave Me service with a smile that I come hear. Eric went above and beyond to make my first experience with his company great. He represented them very professional and empathic with my current situation. I needed a car because I got into a car accident t-boned.
