I walked in 15 minutes before closing and needed help with equipment for my hitch. The guys came out to my truck to check out what I had already ordered to see why it wasn't working, then hooked me up with the correct equipment. I was never rushed and left with everything I needed.
I would recommend this store to everyone!

Texas Hospitality at its BEST ‼️. Needed a trailer fender replaced, called Tommy Riddle who is the Manager at BIG TEX in beautiful Buda, TX. Ordered, Appointment set, Installed, Done ✅. Never even asked for deposit.
While there had a learning and in-depth conversation with Alonzo Mendez, Sales Manager about the pros of having Air Lifts installed on my RAM 1500. I got “squats” with my new trailer hooked to truck 🛻. Alonzo convinced me to get them done. Definitely will the next time I’m back in the Austin / Buda area.

The store manager Tommy Riddle was very thorough about making sure my trailer was safe before a long road trip. He went above and beyond, even giving me a free jack after mine had broken. His staff were helpful and professional as well and the facility was nicely maintained. I am very grateful for their help.
