  I have been taking my uncle to to FCCGLA-BG Office. The Front Office Staff is professional, courteous, and respectful. Ms. Martha Rivera, Brenda Barrera, and all the other In-Take Front Desk members delivered the highest level of customer service. The Nursing Station staff is equally professional, kind, and friendly. My uncle is seen by Dr. Petkar, who has very good patient bedside manners, is empathic, and has a great sense of humor, which makes patients feel at ease. Maritza Quezada, one of the Case Managers, is cheerful, competent, friendly, and professional. She secured several specialist referrals with great easy. The telephone staff is polite, helpful, and professional. Both Jacklyn and Alma have great telephone etiquette. I took my uncle to Dr. Tu, who graduated from UCLA Dental School, the best Dental School in the USA, and most likely the world. Dr. Tu is awesome, easy going, has patience, explains issues, and is naturally super, super smart. The facilities are pristine, very well kept, clean, orderly, and spacious. This medical & dental facility provides great service to our community. I recently retired from UCLA Medical Center after 25 years of service in the areas of Immunology, Microbiology, and Virology, and it is obvious that this location has impressed me.   I have been going to this clinic for two years. They need improvement in several aspects. But if you arrive on time for your appointments and are respectful to the staff then you shouldn't have any complaints. Shout out to the pediatric department they have helped me on so many occasions they are caring and dedicated to their job 100%. I will continue to go to this clinic only because of this reason. Tips. Make appointment ahead of time arrive fifteen minutes ahead of time. The world doesn't revolve around you realize there's other patients with serious health issues and the doctors/ nurses are doing thier job to the best of thier ability.
