When my father passed away unexpectedly, a family friend referred us to Stonebridge. They were great. They answered all our questions, made us feel like family, and worked with the insurance companies on our behalf. His services were great. When my mother passed away a few months later, there was no hesitation in contacting Stonebridge again. They helped us honor our mother with a beautiful service. There was a snafu with the insurance this time and payment was delayed. Stonebridge worked with us to ensure the services would be stellar and showed once again that they are like family. Excellent quality of service at a very reasonable price. I called them at 12:30 am on a Monday night to plan services for my husband who had just passed. Robin answered the phone and she was incredibly easy to talk to and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. She was very knowledgeable and really took our needs and wishes into consideration when planning the services. She even helped us get the death certificates.
