I've always had bad experiences with towing companies, they take forever to get to my location or end up charging me way more than what they initially say but when I called my roadside assistance and they sent over Heavy Duty Towing Bradbury and I was very pleased. I feel that the driver went above and beyond to help me and he did not leave until I was able to resolve my problem. He was very professional and I had a great experience.

When I called in they told me they were a bit busy and gave me an estimated time of one hour. A few minutes later they called me back saying they could get there faster! They said this was because they were finishing a job near by, so that was pretty cool. They were knowledgeable and courteous and delivered the car to the destination without a problem. Highly recommend them.

I called yesterday to set up a appointment for today and an employee showed up right on time. He was very experienced he made it look like he'd towed hundreds of vehicles. It was a very painless process. I hope I don't need to use a tow service again but if do I will make sure to call Heavy Duty Towing Bradbury again. They have the best prices and the nicest crew!

Great honest business. I called in with a flat tire and they got to the location right away. The spare tire didnt work so they had to tow my vehicle and give me a ride. I am so happy with how fast the service was and with great employees. Also, the prices are reasonable. Will not find a better tow company.
