Absolutely exceptional!! They have gone above and beyond, week after week, fighting insurance to get my daughter with special needs her BAHA aid. Such a wonderful, friendly office. Finally, something was easier when you often have to fight for specialty devices. Dr. Mary and staff sent their army for me :)

I want to preface this with I am an educator and have worked with so many families when it comes to getting care for their child(ren). I am a first time mom of a 2 year old speech delayed child. He had other issues that I was repeatedly told "just happens". I cannot count the number of doctors I saw. When we saw Dr. Fritner, she immediately found my son's hearing was obstructed in some form. I ugly cried because after months I finally had an answer. After 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions (all not agreeing with Dr. Fritner) I kept pushing for answers. 3 months later it was discovered Dr. Fritner was right all along and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion finally agreed. My son is now getting tubes placed in for the fluid on his ears and is set to make a full recovery. She took my concerns seriously and was the first to not dismiss me. Because of that my son has such great opportunities ahead of him. I cannot recommend her enough!

I wanted to share a great experience. I was having difficulty with my hearing aid. I called in and explained the situation, and they made room to see me the same day.
I arrived and was informed that the doctor was not in, but they would be glad to help me. They did!! They took of my hearing aid and fixed the problem, and they did it with a smile. This staff is one of the best trained and friendliest groups I have had the opportunity to know.
If you are looking for a great Doctor and staff that are great with adults and kids, then this is the place to go.

The best audiology clinic.I'm impressed with Kai,the person who did the hearing test on my toddler and mom. Amazing person who knows how to treat kids, how make them to feel comfortable during the test. Thanks to Becky, to a very professional office personel. Thank you all
