This review is for Veronica Diance. She's been my agent ever since my first agent at OnGuard left. I don't remember when was the last time I had such great service from someone who deals with complex tasks, such as car insurances. However, she is very patient, explains things very well, and is there for you anytime. I almost feel like I'm her only customer sometimes. Thank you so much Veronica!

She kept in mind that I had a busy schedule and was able to get the majority done through text message (other than the payment) which made it soooo much easier.
