I came out to LA for a couple weeks and was referred to Josh for training and a sports massage. At home I go for a massage once a week and have done this for three years. It took me a long time to find someone I thought was one of the best. I even added another therapist into the mix. The first time with Josh I felt an instant change in my body posture. I finally had relief in my hips and legs. He accomplished more in 15 minutes than anyone else did in years. His workout was just as fantastic. I learned proper movements and what my strengths and weaknesses were. I've suffered with aches and pains for a long time and have had no relief. He explained to me what was causing them and what I could do to get relief. He sent me home with great tips and a plan so I can get my body back on track. I highly recommend Josh.
